(3) When you contact us by e-mail or through a contact form, we will collect the information you have provided in order to answer your questions. With regard to our contact form, the data provided with a "*" are obligatory, the remaining data are voluntary. The data that arises in this context is deleted after the storage is no longer required, or restricts processing if there are (for example, tax) statutory retention requirements. In the latter case, however, we shall, at the latest after one year of storage, carry out a separation and access restriction with regard to the data stored on the basis of statutory provisions, unless otherwise stated below. (4) If we use contracted service providers for individual functions of our offer or if you wish to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you in detail below about the respective transactions. In doing so, we also name the specified criteria for the storage duration.
§ 2 Your rights

(1) You have the following rights with respect to us regarding your personal data:

- Right to information,
- Right to correction or deletion,
- Right to restriction of processing,
- Right to object to the processing as well
- Right to data transferability.

(2) In addition, you have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the - in your view - illegal processing of your personal data by us.

(3) To the extent that you have asserted your rights of rectification, erasure or limitation of the processing referred to in paragraph 1 to us, we shall be obliged to make any corrections you have requested to all recipients to whom you have disclosed your personal data Unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort to discard the data or limit the processing. However, you have the right to be informed about these recipients in any case.

(4) We would like to point out that we do not have any automated decision-making according to Article 22 paragraphs 1 and 4 of the GDPR.
§ 3 Collection of personal data when visiting (= calling) our website

(1) For a purely informative visit to the website (= call), i. If you do not provide us with any other information, we will only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. We use a transmission method based on the SSL protocol (Secure Sockets Layer Protocol: TLS 1.2). If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to show you our website and to ensure the stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 DS-GVO ):

§ 4 Datenverarbeitung bei der Registrierung

Es besteht die Möglichkeit, sich als Kunde/Benutzer zu registrieren. Dabei wird ein passwortgeschütztes Kundenkonto erstellt. Um welche Daten es sich dabei handelt, ergibt sich aus der Eingabemaske, die bei der Registrierung ausgefüllt wird. Diese Daten werden ausschließlich für interne dauerhafte Speicherung Ihrer persönlichen Daten in einem passwortgeschützten Kundenkonto genutzt.



§ 5 Datenverarbeitung bei der Bezahlung (OnlineShop)

Bei Zahlung via PayPal, Kreditkarte via PayPal, Lastschrift via PayPal oder – falls angeboten – “Kauf auf Rechnung” oder „Ratenzahlung“ via PayPal geben wir Ihre Zahlungsdaten im Rahmen der Zahlungsabwicklung an die PayPal (Europe) S.a.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (nachfolgend “PayPal”), weiter. Die Weitergabe erfolgt gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO und nur insoweit, als dies für die Zahlungsabwicklung erforderlich ist. § 6 Datenverarbeitung anlässlich des Bestellprozesses

Die Datenverarbeitung im Rahmen von Bestellungen dient dazu, alle Vorgänge innerhalb der Bestellung abwickeln zu können. Rechtsgrundlage hierfür ist Art. 6 Absatz 1 Buchstabe b) DSGVO. Um welche Daten es sich dabei handelt, ergibt sich aus der Eingabemaske, die Sie bei der Bestellung ausfüllen.

Zur Abwicklung des Kaufvertrages sind folgende Datenverarbeitungen erforderlich:
Ihre E-Mail-Adresse wird dazu genutzt, um eine elektronische Kommunikation über ihre Bestellung und deren Abwicklung zu führen. Die Rechtsgrundlage dieser Verarbeitung erfolgt aus Art. 6 Absatz 1 Buchstabe c) DSGVO. Zur Erfüllung der Vertragsverpflichtungen werden die Bestelldaten an den Vorlieferanten und ggf. an dessen Transportperson, die die Ware ausliefern oder die gebuchten Dienstleistungen erbringen, übermittelt und zur Nutzung der Daten zu diesem Zweck überlassen. Die Rechtsgrundlage dieser Verarbeitung erfolgt aus Art. 6 Absatz 1 Buchstabe b) DSGVO. Für die Vertragserfüllung kann es erforderlich sein, dass die Daten an unsere Zahlungsdienstleiter oder an das beauftragte Kreditinstitut weitergeleitet werden. Das richtet sich nach der ausgewählten Zahlungsart.

Als Zahlungsart stehen folgende Arten (sofern im Bestellprozess angegeben) verwendet werden: PayPal, Vorkasse, Rechnung

(1) Insofar as links are made to websites of other providers, this privacy policy does not apply to their contents. The data that may be collected by the operators of these pages is beyond our knowledge and influence. You may receive information about this in the privacy policy of the respective page.
(2) We also have a link to our Facebook page. However, this is a pure link, not a plugin. Only by clicking on the link will Facebook receive the information that you have accessed the corresponding website of our online service. In addition, the data referred to in § 3 of this declaration will be transmitted. Facebook anonymizes according to own data in Germany the IP addresses immediately after collection. If you visit the Facebook page, personal data may be transferred to Facebook and stored there (with US providers in the USA).
